Quick guide:
Goods may be returned to Beedspeed for a full refund at any time as long as they are returned in a good resalable condition.
Your order ( with the exception of goods being made specially to order ) can be cancelled or changed without any charges at any time prior to collection or dispatch.
Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Beedspeed International
Scooters, 109/111 Corporation Rd, Grimsby, N. E. Lincolnshire, DN31 1UR, England.

("we" and "us" being Beedspeed ) ("you" and "your" being the customer named on the order form).
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation
thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding
contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Price & Payment
2.1 Web Orders: The price payable for the goods plus any charges for carriage and
insurance will be as set out on our website at the time you place your order.
2.2 If you order from one of our catalogues or adverts: the price and or picture may have varied
if the period is any more then 30 days after the time of print, which will be in clear view on the
first page or at the bottom of the advert, For any period after 30 days, please check with us
that the price and product is still currant.
2.3 We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods you order, and any applicable
charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be dispatched unless we have
agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
2.4 Post Orders: When ordering by post the custoumer is requested to clearly write and state the make,model and year of the scooter, the exact parts they require, whether they would accept alternatives, and if possible a contact telephone or fax number. Payments can be made using postal orders, by cash sent using a registered delivery, or by credit card. Cheques are no longer accepted (due to highbank charges on declined cheques) unless priorly arranged and authorised with the Mangaging Director. On such occassions a clearance time will be required, before the goods are sent.
Delivery & Title
Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver them in accordance with our
postal prices as laid out on our delivery page.
A valid signature may be required on collection or delivery.
The goods will remain the property of Beedspeed until paid for in full.
Immediately prior to dispatch the goods will be charged for and the ownership of the goods
will pass onto you.
Customers are required to check the goods thoroughly on receipt for Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items,
and must report any problem to Beedspeed within 3 days of receipt. This can be done by Telephone,
Fax or e-mail. Beedspeed will not be held responsible or liable for any losses reported after this time period.
Any problems after this time period may still be considered, but they must be put in writing.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 7 working days (UK)
or 30 days (overseas) after the date of placing your order, Please contact Beedspeed and
we will commence a search for your order.
Availability
While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to
complete the delivery of all the goods ordered, and the goods may not be available within a
reasonable amount of time ( 30 days ), and where a substitute product is not acceptable,
we may, at our discretion, dispatch the order incomplete. In the case that the goods have
been paid for by cheque, a clearance time will be required to be able to make a full balance
refund.
5.3 When the goods have being specially made or altered to order, the full payable amount
may not be refunded. A deposit of 10 to 25% may be required and Beedspeed reserve the right
not to commence work for 7 working days to allow you a cooling off period during this time you
are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. This deposit may not be redeemable after your 7
working day cool off period, if work has commenced on the item.
Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or
non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or
refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you
for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential
loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability
to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these
conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude
our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from
our negligence.
Termination
We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract
by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable
to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging
bankruptcy or insolvency or fraudulent transactions. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us
becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply
goods to you.
Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage
or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance
beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other
industrial disputes).
General
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which
we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these
conditions will not be affected.
This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
VAT
All prices ( with the exception of none vat able items) include VAT at 17.5% subject to
changes in taxation.
Sales outside the EC, will have VAT deducted.
Traders within the EC but outside the UK with a VAT number will have VAT deducted.

Age Requirements for Specific Goods
Where the law requires a minimum age limit for the purchase of specific goods, you confirm
that you are over the required age limit and that delivery will be accepted by a person over
the required age limit.
Number plate manufacture
Where registration number plates have been ordered to a design other than standard for
custom off road use, a disclaimer must be signed by the customer stating that they have
been made aware that such registration plates are illegal for normal road use and are only
for custom show type application, and Beedspeed will not be liable for any fines incurred
if used on public highways.

Design and Reproduction
Drawings, photographs, part numbers, layout and style are considered property.
Reproduction in whole, or in part, is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Some quantities and measurements are approximate.
