Brake Light Switch - Front or Rear
Compression Switch - Inserts Into Outer Cable
How to fit to a scooter that does not normally have a front brake light switch:
Cut the front brake outer cable somewhere convenient near to the top of the cable and insert the front brake light switch. Then run a wire from each of your existing rear brake light wires and connect up to the front brake light switch, they can be connected any way around.
The Vespa PX for example has a grey and a blue wire at the rear brake light switch. Run a wire from each of these up to the front brake light switch.
For early Vespa EFL and Early T5 Mark 1, with a front brake cable that does not come apart, chop out the old inner cable and use a new front brake inner cable and the beedspeed solderless bottom cable adjuster.
