Casa Lambretta Performance Cylinder SS225 for 200cc engine case.

Bore 70 mm, stroke 58 mm, Nikasil coated aluminium cylinder.

Performance at 58 mm stroke: exhaust: 190°, overflow 124°, diaphragm controlled inlet, pre-exhaust 33°.

The cylinder has a split exhaust, four overflowers, a one-piece boost port, two boyesen ports in the inlet.

The Meteor piston (Made in Italy) is cast, coated and has a compression height of 39mm.
The compression ratio is 11.5:1, the volume of the combustion chamber is 21.8 cc.
The diaphragm is a generously dimensioned 6 valve version. The intake manifold has a streamlined stuffer and is very short. The cylinder is supplied with a 42 mm rubber intake port.
In combination with a 34 mm VHSB carburettor and Franspeed Race exhaust, the cylinder is specified as the most powerful cylinder with 28 hp at the rear wheel. Our recommendation would be the Tourist from Ludwig & Scherer in combination with a Keihin Airstriker.

Each 'SS225 Lydden Hill Replica' cylinder is an exact copy of the cylinder used by Team Casa Lambretta. The cylinder with which they spent a quite successful weekend in England, just in Lydden Hill at the BSSO.
