Switch Positions:

-0= Ignition OFF and Parking Lights ON + Key can be removed
0 = Ignition OFF + Key can be removed
1 = Ignition ON + Key cannot be removed
2 = Ignition ON + Pilot Lights ON + Key cannot be removed
3 = Ignition ON + Pilot Lights and Headlamp ON + Key cannot be removed
