Sticky's Spanner's Manual recommends using high melting point grease to lubricate the front hub and flywheel bearings. Low melting point grease should not be used in these areas as it can become liquid when hot and migrate past the seals.

Fitting Tip:
Use a suitable high melting point grease when lubricating the front hub bearings. Avoid low melting point grease, as heat can cause it to become too fluid and seep past the seals.
