Based on the later-style Innocenti exhaust design, this exhaust features the flat-ended GP/DL-style tail pipe rather than the earlier clover-shaped tail pipe.

Late-Style Tail Pipe

In 1968, Innocenti changed the exhaust tail pipe design from the earlier clover-shaped outlet to the flat-ended GP/DL-style tail pipe.

This Scootopia reproduction follows the later design, making it an excellent choice for restorations where the later-style exhaust is required.

Exhaust Maintenance

As highlighted in Sticky's Spanner's Manual, using modern synthetic two-stroke oils can help to significantly reduce carbon build-up within the exhaust system.

Any carbon that does accumulate should be removed periodically to help maintain exhaust flow and engine performance.
