Restoration Tip

As recommended in Sticky's Spanner's Manual, it is worth carrying out a dry fit of all the major body components before painting.

This includes the:

• Side Panels

• Legshields

• Running Boards

• Horncast

• Mudguard

• Headset

Dry fitting allows you to check the frame and body alignment and identify any issues with the floor struts or running board support arms. Any adjustments can then be made before painting, helping to prevent damage to your freshly painted parts.
