Japanese manufacturer Suzuki first began producing motorcycles in the 1950’s steadily growing to be one of the big four Japanese manufacturers. A long history in motorsport started initially in Motocross before moving onto circuit racing culminating with several 500cc World Championships and numerous wins in Superbike series. Suzuki turned the sports bike market on it’s head in the 1980’s with the release of the GSX-R750 the first of their legendary GSX-R series of models which have gone on to be one of the most sought after marques available. Scorpion has a long history of producing performance exhausts for Suzuki models across all ranges from the GSX-R125 through to the Hayabusa.

Our leading technicians have developed through rigorous trial and testing a slip-on system with high side-mounted pipework and silencer for the Suzuki GSX-R 600 & 750. Using dynamometer development combined with track to road technology, Scorpion exhausts are cutting-edge performance products.

Our branding is a hallmark for precision engineered exhausts, fabricated using premium high thermal tolerance T304 motorsport grade stainless steel that will endure through the harshest of conditions. Riders will be able to indulge in a more tantalising tone with a much deeper sportier acoustic range that will epitomize the enduring quality of this product throughout its lifetime of service.
Installation of this Scorpion system requires no changes to the bikes standard settings nor a remap. The OE system doesn’t require cutting for installation and as a result allows for straightforward installation when using our official Scorpion fitting guides.

High-flow silencer, weight reduction and large bore pipework shaped using CNC mandrel bending are all key contributors to improved performance. Our exhausts provide a sharper throttle response and increase in bhp, with all these improvements packed into our exhausts it’s no-wonder that upgrading with Scorpion has been described as taking a bikes rideability to the next level and transforming the riding experience!

For those track focused riders who’ve removed their pillion footrest, we’re offering our foot peg delete bracket which allows you to remove the footrest but retain the ability to mount our silencer correctly.
Our signature silencers are instantly recognisable due to popularity with motorcyclists worldwide, maintaining the unchanging standard of unrivalled Scorpion build-quality. The silencer is not only one of the most technically intricate components of the exhaust system but one of the most visually eye-catching.

For this reason, we offer a selection of silencer styles and finishes depending on a motorcycles model and manufacturer. The GSX-R can be fitted with the Serket Parallel style silencer finished in either brushed stainless steel or carbon fibre.
