These shims come from various sources and are renowned for not being exactly accurate, even from the Piaggio and LML factories. Generally we will only send a shim that is no more than the size stated but possibly a bit under in places. The gearbox clearance has a .4mm to .5mm tolerance so to be out 0.05mm / 0.1mm is acceptable.
