Vespa Prim 125 ET3 PK 125 MALOSSI 136cc Racing Cylinder Kit Mk4

    Legendary cylinder which is always slightly improved by Malossi.
    In the latest MK4 version, the cylinder head was
    designed
    for long thread
    spark plugs (W3CC or B9ES), the windows in the piston for the direct intake
    were changed

    Otherwise the Malossi comes with the same bore and overcurrent layout as the MK3.
    Unlike newer alloy race cylinders, the big advantage of this kit is that nothing needs to be planned or modified on the case. It fits plug & play on the engine case and can be run through the rotary valve or direct intake. For the direct intake version you need a corresponding carburettor kit (e.g.1110004V2 for type V50 frame) and if possible a full cheek shaft with 51mm stroke/ 97mm conrod.
    With more stroke and other conrod length the timing has to be adjusted with spacers.

    Scope of delivery

    • piston 57,5mm

    • Piston clip type C 1mm

    • 2 piston rings 1,5mm

    • Cylinder head with compression ratio 11,4:1

    • Cylinder (7 overflow) with closure plate of the direct inlet

    • Gaskets, screws, studs M6
