VMC VENTURI for Vespa large frame 125/150/200. .The Venturi VMC Airbox is a filter box designed to improve the performance of your Vespa's engine. .Its aluminum body has a classic and at the same time refined look. .The greater internal volume compared to the original filter box and the Venturi horn which is completely round and not sacrificed by cuts or various bevels like the rest of the alternative products on the market, allows the air to enter more easily and quickly, thus promoting a flow of air, more intense air to the carburettor. This increased amount of air provides the engine with greater breathing capacity, which translates into increased power, acceleration and top speed. Furthermore, the Venturi VMC Airbox is equipped with an internal system that allows you to mount an air filter of your choice between two models with different filtering capacities. This allows you to choose the configuration that best suits your needs, based on the driving and use conditions of your vehicle.Also fits with carburettors equipped with mixer. The Venturi VMC Airbox is compatible with the following Vespa models: Super / GL / GT / Gtr / Sprint / Ts / Rally 180/200 / PX 125/150 / PE200 with or without mixer.The venturi hole is 26mm and fits perfectly with carburettors of this size. To adapt it to smaller carburettors it is necessary to file the first part of the carburetor intake duct, to adapt it to carburetors with a diameter greater than 26mm it is necessary to slightly file the venturi to adapt to the diameter of the carburetor. The Venturi VMC Airbox is a high quality product, which offers excellent performance and a refined look. It is the ideal solution for those who want to improve the performance of their engine and give their Vespa a touch of long-lasting style.
The aluminum housing of the VMC Airbox provides an unusual, albeit classic look under the Side Panels. The integrated venturi ensures improved engine performance.

The larger internal volume compared to the original filter box and the fully rounded "venturi" surround, allows for easier and faster air intake, promoting greater airflow to the Carburettor.
This increased airflow gives the Engine a greater breathing capacity, which translates into higher power, acceleration and top speed. Inside the Airbox there is the option of installing an Air Filter Sponge. Two inserts with different densities and filter effects are included in the kit.
The Airbox fits on the original Carburettor Casing with Oil Pump and can be combined with carburettors with and without separate lubrication.
The VMC venturi sit's on top of the existing air box with the lid removed and uses the lid seal as a gasket so this must be in a good condition to start with, it uses a series of screws and fixings (provided) to attach the venturi to the top of the carburettor and air box to provide a good air tight seal, the venturi itself is 26mm so if your using a smaller carb you are given full instructions on how to file it to create the correct air flow into the carb, it also comes with a choice of 2 air filters and a rubber cap to block off where the hose used to sit on the original air box, rejetting is a must as more air will require more fuel.
