Vespa PX200 P200 Rally200 Cosa200 BGM PRO BigBox SPORT Exhaust
The BGM BigBox Sport - the wolf in sheep's clothing
performance like a racing exhaust - optics & acoustics like a standard exhaust
The BGM BigBox Sport is a pure Vespa racing exhaust, in the unsuspicious design of an original exhaust. Just like the original Vespa exhaust, the BigBox is of course also double-walled and equipped with insulating wool. It positions itself as a clear alternative to eye-catching and mostly loud copies of our original BigBox and large resonance exhausts. The high performance capability clearly distinguishes the bgm BigBox Sport from other boxing systems. Designed for performance-oriented drivers who appreciate the advantages of an inconspicuous vehicle.
The Sport Box, like any good racing exhaust, requires a powerful engine concept to develop its full performance. Around cylinders like the Polini 210, Malossi MHR and Co. it offers impressive results. Without any problems it also supports engine performances above 25HP and pushes forward with a full torque. Despite its high peak performance, the Sport Box gets in early and allows for comfortable driving.
Due to its consistent design for a high gas flow, the BigBox Sport is not intended for use with near-series engines or tame tuning cylinders. It requires a clear and powerful exhaust impulse to fill the large volume and thick manifold of the Sport Box with life.
PRO:
- Original optics
- Quiet thanks to double wall and insulation wool like the original exhaust system
- Peak performance like a resonance exhaust system
- No power hole
- Wide speed range
CON:
- Not for vehicles with 8 inch tires (ground clearance too low)
- Not for near-series engines
Please note: Choose the main nozzle about 4-6 numbers larger than with the original exhaust.
The fixing of the manifold to the cylinder is done with a clamp. This gives the best stability compared to a loose mounting with an O-ring seal and prevents damage to the outlet flange. For optimum ground clearance, a long spacer should be used on the rear shock absorber.
Conclusion: pure understatement. Performance like a racing exhaust, look and sound similar to an original exhaust.
