RETAIL RETURNS

Many thanks for your custom. We understand that sometimes, items do not arrive as expected and we strive to do everything to make the returns process easy for you.Please could we ask that you inspect the goods when you receive them for any defects or damage and that it is the correct item that was ordered. Should there be any concerns please do email us on postroom@beedspeed.com with your name and order number to notify us on your pending exchange/return.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  • Fill in and complete the Returns form, specifying your reason for return. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within the timeframes, will lose your right to return.
  • Pack the item/items into the original packaging and make sure that the completed returns form is inside prior to closing up in a suitable box/package to return back. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the warehouse. Please ensure all items are packaged properly to avoid transit damages.
  • We recommend using the myHermes or Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class postage. We reserve the right to refund a my Hermes return postage up to the maximum value of £6.50 and the normal 1st and 2nd class postage. Special deliveries and postage over the above threshold cost will not be refunded and will be at the customers cost. We recommend getting proof of postage.
  • Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged, but we are happy to re-ship such items back to you.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the item and will be processed as soon as possible.
  • Please note this may take longer, if we are having to order products in especially.
  • Should there be a price variant, we will need to receive payment of the difference prior to the exchange being processed.
  • We are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original parcel is returned and received back to the warehouse. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

 

Faulty/Broken Items

  • Faulty/Broken items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • If goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will either repair or replace the item at the management’s decision.
  • The original invoice & completed returns form must be included in the returns package.
  • The item must be in the original unused condition.Original packaging must be included – even if opened.

 

Unwanted/No Longer needed items

  • Unwanted/no longer needed items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued by your original payment method and will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your parcel.
  • After 30 days and up to 90 days, we will accept returned items, however they may be subject to a 20% handling fee.
  • Items returned after 90 days will not be processed.
  • No returns will be processed without the original invoice & completed returns form.
  • The item must be in the original unused condition.Original packaging must be included – even if opened.
  • Return postage will not be reimbursed for unwanted/no longer needed items.
