Unrequired goods may be returned to Beedspeed for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Your order (with the exception of goods being made specially to order) can be cancelled or
changed without any charges at any time prior to collection or dispatch.
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by BSLUK Limited. (International Scooter Spares) Unit 1, Pyewipe Road, Grimsby, DN31 2QLTel: 01472-355 558 - e-mail: email@example.com
("we" and "us" being BSLUK Limited) ("you" and "your" being the customer named on the order form).
"BSLUK Limited" is the correct trading name but also referred too or known as Beedspeed, Beedspeed.com, Beedspeed International and Beedspeed International Scooters Spares.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation
thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding
contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Price & Payment.
2.1 Web Orders: The price payable for the goods plus any charges for carriage and
insurance will be as set out on our website at the time you place your order. The postage price
may vary according to country and our totting up variations as explained on our Delivery Page.
2.2 If you order from one of our catalogues or adverts: the price and or picture may have varied
if the period is any more then 30 days after the time of print, which will be in clear view on the
first page or at the bottom of the advert, For any period after 30 days, please check with us
that the price and product is still currant.
2.3 We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods you order, and any applicable
charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be dispatched unless we have
agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
2.4 Post Orders: When ordering by post the customer is requested to clearly write and state the
make/model and year of the scooter, the exact parts they require, whether they would accept alternatives,
and a contact telephone, fax number or email address. Payments can be made using postal orders,
or by cash sent using a registered delivery. Orders by post that contain credit card details as the method
of payment will not be processed due to credit card regulations. Cheques are no longer accepted
(due to high bank charges on declined cheques) unless prior arranged and authorised with the
Managing Director. On such occasions a clearance time will be required, before the goods are sent.
2.5 Orders by Fax or Email: When ordering by fax or email the customer is requested not to include
credit card details as the method of payment. Orders containing this information will not be processed
due to credit card regulations. We will contact the customer to make payment through alternative methods.
Delivery & Title.
Unless you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver them in accordance with our
postal prices as laid out on our delivery page.
A valid signature may be required on collection or delivery.
The goods will remain the property of Beedspeed until paid for in full.
Immediately prior to dispatch the goods will be charged for and the ownership of the goods
will pass onto you.
Beedspeed will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience,
disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, time off work or damage arising out of any problem in
relation to deliveries not taking place on the day expected.
In the event of deliveries being late or suspected lost, Beedspeed reserve the right to wait the
required amount of time requested by the currier to make a thorough search for the goods before
a replacement / refunds can be arranged - For example Royal Mail request 14 days for UK deliveries.
Customers are required to check the goods thoroughly on receipt for Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items,
and must report any problem to Beedspeed within 3 days of receipt. This can be done by Telephone,
Fax or e-mail. Beedspeed will not be held responsible or liable for any losses reported after this time period.
Any problems after this time period may still be considered, but they must be put in writing.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 7 working days (UK)
or 30 days (overseas) after the date of placing your order, Please contact Beedspeed and
we will commence a search for your order.
Goods delivered overseas may be subject to local import duties, please check on your local government web site.
Beedspeed will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred.
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to
complete the delivery of all the goods ordered, and the goods may not be available within a
reasonable amount of time ( 30 days ), and where a substitute product is not acceptable,
we may, at our discretion, dispatch the order incomplete. In the case that the goods have
been paid for by cheque, a clearance time will be required to be able to make a full balance
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your order at any time for a full refund without any charges providing the
goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched and you decide to cancel
there may be a postal and recovery charge incurred according to the circumstances. By law
you have a 7 working day cooling off period, and may return the goods within 30 days of the
date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to
the address set out on the order form. If you are returning because of any problem with the
goods, please notify us of the problem prior to returning and obtain a returns number.
Beedspeed also reserve the same right as a supplier to cancel orders prior to dispatch if
5.2 If you have already received the goods but they are no longer required or you have ordered
incorrectly, you must return them to us at your own cost for swapping or a refund within 30 days
Beedspeed reserve the right to make a charge for the resending out of goods or to recover
any costs that they incurred originally if they where sent out on a post free basis.
The customer is expected to take reasonable care of the goods and we ask that they return
the original packaging even if damaged on opening. The customer is also expected to pack
the goods well for their return journey to help avoid any damages in transit.
If the customer does not take reasonable care of the goods Beedspeed may have a claim
against the customer for breach of their duty that could reflect in the amount that is refunded.
5.3 If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect parts or because of
unsuitable substitution by us, in this case we will meet the cost of the return
but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier and postal method.
Beedspeed will not be liable for any unauthorized high cost method of return.
A full refund of the postage cost will be made to you once the goods have been received and
their condition checked.
5.4 When the goods are being specially made or altered to order, the full payable amount
may not be refunded. A deposit of 10 to 25% may be required and Beedspeed reserve the right
not to commence work for 7 working days to allow you a cooling off period during this time you
are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. This deposit may not be redeemable after your 7
working day cool off period, if work has commenced on the item.
1.1: If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or
non-delivery; refund, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery depending
on the circumstance of each individual case. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits,
administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any
problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of
compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. The customer is expected to
check that the goods are in good condition when they arrive and that they are fit for their purpose and
prior to any Modifications / Spraying / Chroming etc. Beedspeed will not be responsible for any expenses
incurred by the customer for modifying incorrect or faulty items that should have been returned and this
could also reflect in the amount refunded or credited towards alternative goods. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent
misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
1.2: Beedspeed will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience,
disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, time off work or damage arising out of any problem in
relation to advice given over the telephone / email / counter later resulting in not being correct for your
particular area / situation or model of scooter.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to
you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
1.3: Quick Add Feature. Adding items to your shopping basket using the "Quick Add" function is
designed for customers that are 100% sure that they are ordering the correct item. If you have not
ordered that same identical item before we recommend that the item is opened up first and you read
any extra information there may be about the product before adding it to your basket.
We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract
by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable
to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging
bankruptcy or insolvency or fraudulent transactions. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us
becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply
goods to you.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage
or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance
beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which
we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these
conditions will not be affected.
This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
All prices (with the exception of none vat able items) include VAT at 20% subject to
changes in taxation.
Sales outside the EC, will have VAT deducted.
Traders within the EC but outside the UK with a VAT number will have VAT deducted.

Age Requirements for Specific Goods
Where the law requires a minimum age limit for the purchase of specific goods, you confirm
that you are over the required age limit and that delivery will be accepted by a person over
the required age limit.
Number Plate Manufacture
Where registration number plates have been ordered to a design other than standard for
custom off road use, a disclaimer must be signed by the customer stating that they have
been made aware that such registration plates are illegal for normal road use and are only
for custom show type application, and Beedspeed will not be liable for any fines incurred
if used on public highways.
