This Part is Necessary when Producing an Extra Long Front Brake Cable, and the EFL / T5 type Front Hub Backplate is being used. Normally the outer cable has a built in cable locator that slots into a hole in the back plate, but a plain cable does not have one. This part now locates the outer cable. Most suitable for efl / pk / t5 type front brake arms with the brake cable adjuster attached to the end of the inner cable.
