One of the big four Japanese motorcycle producers Kawasaki has a history stretching back to the 1960’s producing many innovative models over the years including the world’s first air cooled, DOHC, in-line four engine in 1972. The 80’s saw the release of the first of their iconic Ninja range which have gone on to become one of the most sought-after marques. Motorsports has played a big part in their history most notably in World Superbikes where they’ve won numerous world championships over the years. Scorpion also have a rich history in producing performance exhausts for many Kawasaki powered race teams over the years ensuring true track to road technology transfer.

Our leading technicians have developed both slip-on and full system options for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR. We offer a selection of silencer styles and finishes; you have the option of stainless/carbon fibre Serket Parallel, black ceramic/stainless Red Power, or our racing-inspired RP1-GP silencer featuring full titanium internals and an outer carbon sleeve.

We develop our moto products using dynamometer testing, providing real-time input and evaluation. Once installed, the freer-flowing system improves the motorcycles power, sharpens up throttle response, and reduces the overall weight. Furthermore, riders will enjoy a deeper, sportier tone, whilst showcasing the enduring quality of this product over its lifetime.

Our slip-on system does not interfere with the factory catalyst, and our precision ensures an exact fit to OEM pipework, simply fit and ride!

Alongside our full system, we have developed a M12 inline O2 catalyst, designed to prevent the engine management light from being activated (Due to different ECU calibrations, we cannot guarantee this will work on all models). This product spaces the lambda probe out of the flow of exhaust gases, with any remaining gasses being filtered by the catalyst prior to them reaching the sensor (for off-road/motorsport use only).

Alternatively, those eager to get the most performance out of your motorcycle, with vastly improved tuning capabilities due to a significant reduction in back pressure, our full system is the ideal choice. This is achieved through our use of racing headers and de-cat pipework, foregoing the bulky OE catalyst (for motorsport use only).

We supply downloadable PDF instructions for all our exhausts, alongside motorcycle video fitting guides, to aid ease of installation. No cutting of OEM components is required for fitting, and ECU remapping is not necessary once installed (although we recommend remapping when installing de-cat pipework).
