The Clubman exhaust was designed to fit all series 3 Lambretta Scooters (GP, Li, SX, GT, TV) The u bend is of a larger diameter than original. It can be necessary on some bikes to cut the cylinder head cowl slightly to give some clearance.

Fitting to a Series 1 or 2:
The crankcase cover fixings that hold the exhaust on are M6 instead of the larger M8 on early casings. This will force you to trim the sharks fin bracket on the clubman to have clearance.

Early engines were also fitted with a shorter cylinder (Only 3 cooling fins under the exhaust port rather than 4 for the later cylinders). The clubman exhaust will not fit without modification to the u bend on a short early cylinder as it will make the u bend sit 10mm further back than needed.
