With the Polini for the large frame Vespas you make a good exhaust decision. Here good performance values are combined with an excellent price.

Even as with the Simonini exhaust, the torque in the lower range is not comparable with the English racing exhaust systems. But in the middle range there is a lot of steam and the Polini turns freely upwards. So the Polini makes a high top speed even with a short gear ratio. Especially from 166 cc upwards the Polini makes a nice wide speed range for that certain extra kick.
When stationary the exhaust sounds a bit tinny, but with increasing revs the sound becomes really nice and saw-like.

Conclusion: Typical Italian, which disappears unobtrusively under the engine thanks to the quite small silencer.
