"The POLINI 210cc Alloy is a nicasil lined, aluminium cylinder. Its aluminium alloy construction makes it better suited to touring duties than its 208cc sister cylinder due to aluminium cylinders being able to transfer heat more effectively than their cast iron counterparts. The port timings have been completely recalculated and the piston assembly includes two piston rings. Due to the increased bore diameter the cubic capacity of POLINIs largest has also grown to 210cc. Its stroke of 57mm ensures fat torque values, if you choose to run this kit with a 60mm stroke crankshaft, the torque remains strong, with an added helping of engine rpm. This cylinder can be used with no modifications or matching of the transfer ports, although this is highly recommended in order to exploit the full potential of this high performance cylinder conversion kit. POLINI promise a power output of up to 19 PS when used in combination with their very own racing exhaust and their Venturi air filter."
