The front carrier is attached to the scooter by hanging it over the top edge of the legshields using the rubber covered hooks incorporated into its design. These may require a little extra modification for an optimal fit, according to model. Its 38x25cm load area is noticeably larger than almost all other current carrier systems available, making it ideal for transporting the more bulky of loads. The distance between the main carrying surface and the bottom of the headlight is 25cm.

The rear carrier is very securely bolted to the frame of the scooter at four separate points but due to the size of its mounting plate the existing Vespa logo, normally situated on the frame, can no longer be used. To protect your frame and its paintwork we recommend the use of tape or padding between the carrier and frame at its mounting points. Its large 38x25cm load area makes it also ideal for transporting the more bulky of loads. It´s not possible to mount the original PIAGGIO topcase. The rear luggage rack is ideal for transporting large sports bags or rucksacks.

The crash-bars for the front mudguard and sidepanels are also solidly bolted to the frame. The rear crash bars may need a few edges smoothed with a file before use, but once mounted will not bend out of shape, keeping your frame and paintwork free of costly and embarrassing road rash.
