Viton Oil Seals have Excellent Resistance to Petroleum Products, Modern Fuels containing Ethanol, Transmission Fluids, Solvents and Chemicals - They also have improved performance at Higher / Lower Temperatures and Vacuum conditions compared to standard Nitrol and Neoprene seals, and they are designed to be able to withstand being boiled in various different oils at 150 degrees C for three days.
