Exhaust flange for welding. For retrofitting the exhaust systems of the PX200 class with a diameter of 44.5mm. Due to the O-ring and the integrated clamping is a very good seal and secure the exhaust system on the exhaust port of the cylinder. Some manufacturers of tuning cylinders take it here with the tolerance on the exhaust port not too accurate, so we recommend to check the fit on the respective cylinder used before mounting. For the exhaust port the Quattrini M232 and M244 offer a separate exhaust port with the appropriate dimension of Ø45mm. The included O-ring made of FPM material is resistant up to 240°C, against oils and fuels. When processing the exhaust flange, the O-ring should not be mounted, as high temperatures are generated during welding.
