The BGM PRO silent rubbers improve handling by significantly more precise guidance of the engine in the frame. The reinforced rubbers have asymmetrical degrees of hardness.

With the reinforced BGM PRO engine silent rubbers supplied in pairs, the chassis gains in directional stability, steering precision and stiffness.
The assembly is simple and is ideal, for example, in the course of an engine overhaul.

MOUNTING
The Vespa T5 models use a shorter silent rubber on the right side of the vehicle (in the direction of travel) than that of the PX engines.
The total length is identical only the silent rubber itself is shorter because the mounting in the engine block is not so deeply turned out.
For the T5 engines we have a separate set of silent rubbers (BGM7942)

Please note:

The rubbers are to be installed directionally

  • In driving direction left: Red color marking

  • In direction of travel right: Green color marking

NOTE: Install the silent rubbers dry, do not grease/oil. Use talcum powder for easier installation.
